Privacy Policy

Account details: your full name, email address and a password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).

Contact details: your phone number, if you provide it during payment or when contacting support.

Payment information: when you pay, your payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive only the order ID, payment ID, amount and payment status — we never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login details.

Learning data: courses you enroll in, your Enrollment ID, lesson progress, assessment scores and certificate details.

Technical data: basic information such as browser type and log data needed to keep the Platform secure and working.

We use your data to create and manage your account, process enrollments and payments, deliver lessons and assessments, issue and verify certificates, provide customer support, send important service messages, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

When a certificate is verified using its QR code or Enrollment ID, the verification page shows the candidate's name, course, training period and certificate status. No other personal data is shown.

Your data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. Passwords are hashed, connections to the Platform are encrypted using HTTPS, and sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, issue certificate verifications and comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your personal and financial data is handled securely and is never sold, rented or traded to third parties.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Platform — such as Razorpay for payment processing and our hosting provider — and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where applicable, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Some records (such as payment records) may need to be kept for legal reasons.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
