Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, enrolling in a course or otherwise using Azbu Academy (the "Platform"), operated by Azbutechnologies.pvt.ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide (such as your name, which appears on certificates) must be accurate.

Each course is a self-paced, 3-month (12-week) crash course. Enrollment in a course costs ₹500 (Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes) per course and is charged once.

On successful payment you receive a unique 6-digit Enrollment ID and access to that course's lessons and weekly assessments for your personal, non-commercial use.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking or other methods they support. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices may change in future, but any change will not affect enrollments already paid for.

Each week ends with an assessment; a score of 80% or higher is required to complete that week. A certificate is issued only after all 12 weekly assessments are passed.

The certificate shows your name and the course training period, with the course end date as the completion date, and can be verified publicly using its QR code or Enrollment ID. We may revoke certificates obtained through fraud or misuse.

You agree not to share your account, copy or redistribute course content, attempt to bypass payments or assessments, interfere with the Platform's security, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

All course content, lessons, assessments, branding and software on the Platform belong to Azbutechnologies.pvt.ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. Enrollment gives you a limited, non-transferable licence to view content for your own learning.

Course fees are non-refundable once access is granted. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details, including refunds for duplicate or failed payments.

Courses are provided for educational purposes on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee employment or any specific outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
